At El Tinajón Las Vegas, we are passionate about sharing the flavors and traditions of Cuban cuisine, including our beloved authentic tamales, with our community. Our restaurant was founded in 2005 by a family who immigrated from Cuba, bringing with them authentic recipes and techniques passed down through generations.
This year 2025-2026, we’re proud to be upgrading our kitchen technology and digital systems to better serve both our longtime guests and new customers. From modern cooking equipment to improved online ordering and customer service tools, we’re making it easier than ever to enjoy the taste of Cuba, including our famous Las Vegas tamales—wherever you are.
